📦 What does the Mystery Box contain?
keyboard_arrow_downThe Mysteryoki Box offers a unique experience: a high-quality manga figure, randomly selected by us. 🤔
When you receive your box, open it and answer the riddle on the front. It contains clues about the character in your box (a little surprise on the back 🤫).
🤩 Then, discover your mystery figure, specially chosen at random by us. You'll also find a random sticker! Please note that all figures are 100% brand new and authentic, come from Japan, and are delivered in their original boxes.
Our concept is to allow you to expand your figure collection and impress all your friends! If you don't want to receive one or more characters, please specify this in the white box above.
Please note that the collector card shown in the website photos is not included in the box.

Are the figurines authentic?
keyboard_arrow_downAbsolutely! We work closely with the most reputable suppliers in the manga figure industry, such as Bandai and Banpresto. All our figures come directly from Japan and are stored in Europe.
Our commercial agreements allow us to offer you a wide selection of brand-new, authentic, and high-quality figures. Enough to build an amazing collection!
Can I choose which figurine I will receive?
keyboard_arrow_downUnfortunately, you can't choose a specific figure or license.
You can only specify which character(s) you don't want to receive.
The goal is to have an unboxing experience and be surprised!
We primarily sell an emotion rather than a figure. Since we're (extremely) friendly, if we have the stock, we'll always try to make you happy, depending on your wishes. But we can't guarantee anything!
What are the sizes of the figurines?
keyboard_arrow_downSince you'll receive a random figurine, you won't know its size in advance. However, we only offer medium-sized figurines, between 11 and 20 cm tall. No keychain-sized figurines in the box!
What character licenses can I receive?

Is there a risk of receiving the same figurine twice?
keyboard_arrow_downWhether you order multiple boxes with your first order or it's your second, don't worry: we keep a personal file for each of our Nakamas with each figure received.
This means you'll never receive the same figure twice from us (if that happens, we'll send you a new box)!
